The Reserve

The Reserve is now open!

Sal and Tillary Buffa, owners of the award winning restaurant Riptides Seafood located on rt.10 in Chester have recently opened a newly renovated restaurant, known as The Reserve.

Formally known as The Country Club of The Highlands, The Reserve is expansive and classy, situated on a beautiful 18 hole golf course. The restaurant is now open to the public 7 days a week with live music on the weekends under the pavilion!  Chef Sean Murphy, previously of The Savory Grain joined us to help develop a delightfully top notch new-American menu including, his award winning Shrimp and Gouda Grits. Accompanied by other delicious entrees for you to try, such as Herb Crusted Pork Tenderloin, Mahi Tacos, Reserve Hand Cut Steaks, House-Made Burgers, Fresh Seafood, and House Made Ravioli, along with many more creative options for you to choose from.
