Highlands Waiver Form for 2023Required for for children 11 years of age through 15 years of age to swim without parent or guardian supervision.

Highlands Lap Swim Pool Waiver – Required for Lap Swim outside of normal pool operating hours when there is no lifeguard on duty. Specifically, May 30 – Sept 4, 2023 only during the hours of 6 am-8 am.

Pool Registration Process

There are TWO PARTS to the process for gaining access to the Pool. If you get to the gate and have not completed both of these, you will not be able to gain access. Please complete both steps by May 24th to ensure a smooth transition to your pool. The 1-2 order does not matter.

  1. The registration request via, an online registration membership system (link below) is one of two parts of the process for gaining access to the Pool.
    • STEP 1A = Request registration of the “household” name
      CLICK HERE (or scan the QR Code below).
    • STEP 1B = = This will have to be processed by an administrator during regular business hours and then you will be notified. Once the registration has been accepted (notification is via email), log back in and add family members’ names.
    • Additional Instructions, for the online registration system.
  2. You must also pay through the CIT payment system for your account. Payment alone does not work as an access to the pool. If you have not registered through CellBadge to gain access at the gate, you will not be allowed to enter.
    • To pay for your pool membership, visit (
      • Login using the credentials used to pay your HCA fees.
      • Select “Make a Payment” and then “Amenity Payment”.
      • Select Amenity Category “Pool” and Amenity:
        • Single
        • Senior Membership 60+ yrs (no kids)
        • Couple Membership (no kids)
        • Family Membership
        • Guest Pass (per person per visit)
        • Sponsor fee
      • Check your method of payment, eCheck or Card (fees apply)
        and follow remaining screen prompts.

Check back with your CellBadge login after the payment is made to finalize the setup process. This could take a few business days depending on the amount of registrations that are to be processed at a given time. The earlier the better to get this out of the way prior to the pool opening.
