Updated Architecture Guidelines

Many thanks to everyone who provided feedback regarding the update of our community’s architecture guidelines.  After reviewing everyone’s comments, the draft document has been updated and will be voted on at the upcoming Board meeting on March 22nd.

The updated draft and the current version are published on the website (http://highlandsca.com/arc-guidelines) and are accessible by clicking the “ARC Guidelines” tab at the left side of this page.

Call for Volunteers

Our community is looking for volunteers to help us continue providing the services and maintain the standards that make our neighborhood great.

The Social Committee plans and leads community events, including the after holiday party, community yard sale, 4th of July parade, and Fall Festival.  They are looking for 2-3 additional members.

The Architecture Review Committee (ARC) helps ensure the community’s architectural standards are maintained by guiding residents making improvements to their properties.  The ARC is seeking 3 additional members.

We are also seeking volunteers to help establish a Grounds Committee.  This committee will help identify areas in need of maintenance and prioritize improvements for our grounds contractor.  We need 3-5 residents to help get this committee running.

Finally, three Board of Directors positions will be up for election at the association’s annual meeting in September.  These positions are either two or three year terms.  Specific billets are determined internally by the Board members following the election.

For more information on any of these openings or to volunteer, please contact the Board (boa...@highlandsca.com).
