A recent mailing by GetQuorum on behalf of The HCA correctly provided instructions for electronic voting, but it incorrectly stated that the meeting will be virtual. This meeting will take place in-person and will NOT be virtual.

To take part in electronic voting, you can scan the QR code on the original mailing and/or go to vote.getquorum.com and input your unique Control Number. Voting will still be available by mail and in-person.
