A letter to Cypress Glen Homeowners
We understand that many Cypress Glen homeowners are facing challenges with growing grass in your newly built homes. We recognize that this is a common issue, especially with new construction, and we want to assure you that we are here to support you during this time.
We have received several notices regarding the lack of grass growth, and we understand the stress this may cause. We want to remind everyone that our community’s beauty is a shared responsibility, and we appreciate your efforts to contribute to it.
If you are making a good faith effort to grow grass but are still receiving notices, we encourage you to appeal. Please provide any information and photos documenting your efforts. This could include receipts for grass seed or sod, photos of your lawn showing progress, or even a timeline of your efforts.
While we cannot provide a blanket waiver for all homeowners, we understand that growing a lush, green lawn takes time. Therefore, we are offering an extension of one year for the grass to be grown. We believe this will provide ample time for your lawns to flourish.
We appreciate your understanding and patience in this matter. Our goal is to work together to create a beautiful and harmonious community. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.
Thank you for your cooperation and continued efforts to make our community a great place to live.
Best Regards,
Highlands Community Association Board
