HOA Annual Meeting Announcement

Dear Homeowners,

We would like to inform you about the recent developments regarding our HOA annual meeting:

  1. The annual HOA meeting scheduled for September 18th did not meet the required quorum of at least 25% of the membership attending in person or by proxy.
  2. As a result, the two open board positions were not able to be filled due to the lack of quorum.
  3. A re-noticed new annual meeting has been set for November 7th at The Reserve at 8136 Highland Glen Drive.
  4. We plan to have tables set up by 5pm to accept ballots.  The meeting will start at 6pm.
  5. In accordance with Article III, Section 6 of the Association Declaration, no quorum will be required to hold this meeting.
  6. All ballots that were submitted are held and locked.
  7. All proxies that were properly submitted for the September 18, 2024, Annual Meeting are in place and are held and will be submitted during this meeting.
  8. If you wish to revoke your proxy, please submit a written directive revoking your proxy or attend the meeting to revoke your proxy and vote directly.
