Can you remove the link for the ARC submission on the webpage? We are switching to Vantaca and owners need to go there to submit the request. However, it won’t be live for a couple of weeks.
We have been working on the transition for all ARCs and Violation to be transferred into Vantaca. That transfer will go on the first of the month. At that time, we will not be using SmartWebs for either function. That means all new requests will start through that operating system by the owners.
Just like all changes, there will be some learning and unplanned circumstances that we will work through. That is why this time of the year was the best time to implement it since things are slower and we can ease into those changes. We will be sending out more information on what Homeowners and Committee members need to do to utilize this best.
The attached Portal Login instructions are to get the owners into the accounts to view their status of the ARC and Violations. Much of that information is sent out as an introduction letter at the time of purchase. I have attached a copy of that as well.
What we need to do is remove the previous instruction on using the link on the website and change it to the link below.
Your owner portal for the association can be accessed at home.acswest.org to begin the Architectural Review request.
Along with that, you could also post the Portal Login Info attached.
