We have two Highlands Community Clubhouses available for use by community groups and for rental by individual residents.
• The “Highlands Lake” Clubhouse
One clubhouse (the old Sales Center) is located at 8400 Highland Glen Drive adjacent to the Swim and Racquet club (the pool).
• The “Lake Margaret” Clubhouse
A larger clubhouse is located at 8006 Clancy Place in Section 1 of Lake Margaret. It includes a full kitchen, large entertainment room with fireplace, an outdoor screened-in patio, and a Bocce Ball court.
• Clubhouse Rental
Rental of either Clubhouse is available to residents of The Highlands, including Lake Margaret and Cypress Glen, who are at least 23 years of age and in good standing with the HOA.
The Clubhouse can be rented for full, or half-days.
