HCA Member Communications

There are many ways for members of the Highlands to communicate with other current homeowners and with the Board of Directors about matters concerning the Association or issues in the neighborhood.

To Communicate with the Board of Directors:

  • Click HERE to view the email addresses for the members of the Board of Directors, Property Managers (ACS West), Committee Chairs, and other Highlands Community Association contacts. We’ll respond to your queries and feedback as soon as possible.
  • Attend quarterly Board of Directors meetings. Click HERE for the calendar. There is a public comment period at every meeting, and you have the opportunity to meet other homeowners in person.
  • Attend the Annual Meeting, normally held in the month of September. As with Board meetings, there are public comment opportunities, as well as in-person networking opportunities for homeowners.
  • Attend the Social Committee’s events, like the annual Easter Egg Hunt, July 4 Neighborhood Parade, Classic Car Cruise-in, Happy Holiday Hour, and other social gatherings. Click HERE for the calendar.
