For HCA Discussions, we have a private Facebook group representing our Highlands Community Association (HCA) members.
This group is for current homeowners in the Highlands to communicate with each other regarding any matter concerning the association about issues in our neighborhood. Direct communication with board members, sub committees, or ACS West is better handled via email.
