We created our “Top Ten” reminders, news, and helpful information as we approach the summer season.
- Thursday, May 1, is the final day to sign up and receive five free guest passes.
- Register and pay pool fees before May 18, or you may not have access to the pool for opening weekend. ACS must receive checks by May 18 to guarantee your family’s access to the pool for opening weekend.
- Wednesday, May 21, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM is the Pool Open House. You can chat with pool committee members, ask questions, have your member photo taken, and pick up key tags (we have LOTS that didn’t get picked up last year!!). The pool will not be open for members to swim.
- If you need to purchase a replacement key tag, please use this link: 2025 Key tag replacement form.
- Every member is required to have a current photo uploaded to their member profile before finalizing registration. Your membership account will not be activated or ready to use at the pool until every member on your account has a photo uploaded. eSoft Planner created the attached PDF that contains step-by-step instructions on how to upload photos.
- The HOA board approved our proposal to renovate the pool bathrooms, and the contractors have already begun working. We can’t wait to show off the finished product!
- The HOA board approved our proposal to add a water fountain at the pool. It can also fill water bottles, has already been installed, and is ready to use!
- All pool-related info can be found on the HOA website. Please read the entire pool flyer – most of the info you need (including pool rules) can be found within its ten pages. 🙂
- All Highlands pool members with children ages 5-18 are invited to join the Highlands Hurricanes, our neighborhood’s summer swim team. It’s a great way for kids to get exercise in a supportive and encouraging environment, while also meeting and connecting with neighbors! Their new website is here: HST
- If you signed up for the pool but didn’t get a confirmation email, please reply here so that we can confirm your application was processed. Additionally, if you opt to pay by check, you will not be able to access the pool until ACS West receives and processes your payment (this can take up to 5 business days).
Feel free to reach out with questions – although we’re all volunteers, we’ll do our best to reply as soon as possible!

P.S.: Below is the email that was sent to all 2024 pool members on March 25. Since it contains lots of helpful info, we’re including it again for you.
Letter to 2024 Pool Members Sent in March:
Welcome to The Highlands 2025 Pool Season!
Dear 2024 Highlands pool member,
It’s time to renew your pool membership! We are excited to announce that pool fees will remain the same this year.
All pool members have their own profile where they can log in, sign up and pay for a pool membership online, purchase digital guest passes, and track guest pass usage – all in one place. Your account will remain the same as last year, but please update any new information (i.e.: family members, contact information, email addresses, etc.).
NEW this year: You must add a current photo of every family member on your account prior to submitting your pool membership application.
Here are a few important reminders:
- Pool membership does not carry over from year to year. You must join each year to avoid re-paying the initiation fee in subsequent years.
- Family members in the same household may not come as a guest of a member – they should be added to the pool member’s account.
- Only individuals who live in your home may be on your membership – extended family members and friends who do not live in your residence may not be added.
- Residents must be current with HOA dues and fees to have their application approved. If your HOA account becomes delinquent, your pool membership status will be suspended until it’s current.
- Pool members may “sponsor” an individual or family who are not Highlands residents.
- All pool information, including hours, pricing, guest policies, pool rules, and important dates (ex: free guest passes for early registration, installment payments deadline, late fee, etc.) can be found in the attached PDF and by visiting: https://highlandsca.com/pool (please allow 3-5 days from today for the website to be updated).
- ACS West will mail an abbreviated version of the pool flyer to all Highlands residents. It will also get posted in the neighborhood Facebook groups.
- Members will use their same pool key tags from last year. If you have a child who turned 11 years old after last season, we will provide them with their own key tag this summer. Replacement key tags can be purchased for $5 each. See mailer for more info.
Please follow the instructions below to get started:
- Use this link all summer to log in to your profile: Pool Member Login Website
- Use this link if you forgot your username: Forgot Username
- Use this link if you need to reset your password: Reset Password
- After you log in, click “Memberships” to purchase your membership.
- Do not create a new account or it will prompt you to pay another $300 initiation fee!
- All new pool members are required to join a “waitlist.” This is essentially just a process for ACS West to verify Highlands residency (or verify sponsor info for nonresidents).
- New pool members can apply for membership here: New Pool Member Application
- Please read the entire pool mailer (and share the pool rules & policies with your family) – it contains a LOT of helpful yet important dates and info!
If you have questions or encounter any issues, please email us at pool@highlandsca.com and we will be glad to help. Warm days by the sunny pool with ALL new furniture are just around the corner!
