Dear Homeowners,
We would like to inform you about the recent developments regarding our HOA annual meeting:
- The annual HOA meeting scheduled for September 24th did not meet the required quorum of at least 25% of the membership attending in person or by proxy.
- As a result, the one open board position was not able to be filled due to the lack of quorum.
- A re-noticed new annual meeting had been set for October 15th at The Reserve at 8136 Highland Glen Drive. That has to be rescheduled due to conflict with the Reserve’s Golf event and the weather.
- The new Date is set for November 12th at the Reserve for the same time.
- We plan to have tables set up by 5:30 pm – 6:45 to accept sign ins, proxies and ballots. The meeting will start at 7 pm.
- In accordance with Article III, Section 6 of the Association Declaration, no quorum will be required to hold this meeting.
- All ballots that were submitted are held and locked.
- All proxies that were properly submitted for the September 24, 2026, Annual Meeting are in place and are held and will be submitted during this meeting.
- If you wish to revoke your proxy, please submit a written directive revoking your proxy or attend the meeting to revoke your proxy and vote directly.
