TOT LOT/PAVILION CLOSED JUNE 25TH TO [tbd]
Neighbors of The Highlands, we have a major project going on in the Tot lot / Pavilion area located at 8401 Eastfair Drive. There will be equipment installed for the kids to play on adjacent to the current configuration. It will be in the area of the sandbox.
Since some small heavy equipment and construction will be taking place, we ask all traffic through the area be closed except for the workers. This will mean the trail going into the woods, the playground area with the soccer nets, basketball court and the pavilion will all be closed.
This project is expected to take a week for the installation of the equipment and a couple of more days for the mulch to be installed. The equipment cannot be used until the mulch is installed. Tape will be up until that time.
Please help up keep this a safe environment with your support of the closure by not entering the area and informing the household and visitors of this status.
This will be a very nice place for the children to play once it is completed.
